What you need to know

Your children's eyesight is invaluable from birth onwards !

In order to give them every chance to protect their vision potential, an early screening test for eye trouble is highly necessary. Late treatment can result in partial or total eyesight loss. Moreover, a quarter of the pupils who fall behind at school in reading suffer from an uncorrected sight disorder. Fortunately, eyesight disorders are not a fatality ! They are easily corrected, providing the following rules are respected.

Golden Rules

Consult an optometrist at an early age.

At age 6, children have nearly all their visual abilities : an eyesight exam is thus required before they learn how to read and write..

Good eyesight is an asset to succeeding in school !
