You can very well keep your glasses on to play sports. Ask your optician for advice. He will give you unbreakable lenses, and UV-protected lenses if you practise an outdoor sport. If you prefer taking them off, do not forget :
  • Do not lay your glasses on the lenses but on the side-pieces.
  • Store your glasses in a hard case not to get them dirty or damage them.
  • Clean the lenses on a regular basis with tepid water and soap. Do not use paper towels or tissues.
  • Take your glasses off with both hands so that the side-pieces do not get bent.

Some advice

If your glasses are distorted after an impact or a fall, go and see your optician so that he can fix them.
